The Artist Resource presents artist and curator talks, practical seminars and workshops and networking events for artists, often in collaboration with other arts organisations.

They run 1-2-1 sessions throughout the year for artists to discuss key issues relating to their professional development with the Artist Resource Manager, a Fabrica Co-Director or exhibiting artists.

Fabrica is a visual arts organisation based in a former Regency church in the heart of Brighton that commissions contemporary visual art installations specific to the building.

Fabrica is a place where artists come to make new work. Fabrica supports and encourages the artists with whom it works to be adventurous and to test the boundaries of their practice. It encourages an open dialogue between artists and visitors within the gallery space and produces an integrated programme of education and audience development activity that strives to remove barriers to access, engagement and understanding.

The Fabrica Programme comprises 4 interlinked strands of activity.

1 An exhibition programme of four main shows each year, interspersed with smaller experimental exhibitions and events.

2 An integrated education and audience development programme.
